In the present global context, outsourcing has become the most important aspect of business. The origin of outsourcing could be related to exporting of the valuable goods from developing countries to US and European countries. India is becoming a hub for most outsourcing business. India has proven records for its innovation in almost all sectors, whether it is painting, craft or other technological domains. During the only last 2-3 years, more than 30 Knowledge Process Outsourcing, (KPO) firms have been emerged in India. Every year, there is addition of 2-5 new KPOs. Thus the core to this business is innovation, new tools and techniques for the delivery of quality work at competitive cost, is an challenge.
